S2000_booting with half of the memory only

Hi,friends.I am very satisfied with my old S2000,but it usually reads half of the RAM memory only when it starts.I must leave it to warm up and than restart to get all the capacity.It makes no problem for me,but I am little bit afraid of the situation to be getting worse gradually...?...
