I have canceled a printing from my Mac and now the printer won't let me it has it stord in the memory and just keeps printing copies . It says canceling Please wait momentarily but that has been there for over 10 minutes if I try to start it up it keeps printing what I wanted canceled....

It won't let me scan a photo. It tells me to place the document on platen glass and press start but nothing happens when i do this...

PART OF THE COPIED PICTURE'S COLOR COMES OUT JUST FINE. HOWEVER, ANOTHER PART OF THE PICTURE IS ALL GREEN. IS THERE ANYTHING IN THE USER'S MANUAL (WHERE) TO INDICATE HOW I CAN CORRECT THIS ISSUE?...

I recently purchased the above and have been using the printer offline as a copier. I have been unable to install the setup CD-Rom. Can you advise what to do next?

I have installed the inkjet cartridges and the next message is to align the printerhead. It seems to be located in the same area....

this has just started happening there is no colour coming out some text down one side is often missing cartridges are half full...
