Printer Error

When I turnt he machine on I get this message "5100 Printer error has occurred. Turn off power then back on. If problem persists then see the manual." The problem persists each time I turn the machine on and I can't find the solution in the manual. Any clues would be much appreciated. ...

printing only part of pictures

My MP610 had been working fine till tonight. I adjusted the print cartridges so the printer realized they still had ink, but I cannot get it to print full pictures. It will print anywhere from 10% to 50% of any given picture, then it stops and kicks out the sheet of paper. I tried turning it off and back on but that doesn't work. any suggestions from anyone? anyone seen anything similar. It had been working great till now. It still does print fine, just not pictures....

Canon Pixma MP 610 5 printer cartridge in one PRINTER HEAD:

There is adequate ink in all cartridges, but the microscopic holes in the print head appear to get blocked with head cleaning, which appears to make things worse! Any suggestions? Would replacing the print head work? If so can print heads be bought separately?...

no connection between mp 610 and mac

I have installed MP610 in my MAC but every time I try to print a document nothing happens as if there is no printer installed. After I click on print it ask me if I want to print with MP 610 then after clicking on "print" nothing happens and all I get is the message "waiting for device"...

photo printing

Photo prints with blue vertical lines. I did the cleaning and aligning recommended in the Quick Start Guide. Cartridges are full, have film off....
