reprogram keyboard

Before I installed Win XP, and had Win 2000 on it, I had reprogrammed the right-hand Alt key to behave as the Windows key does on a full keyboard. Somehow that functionality was cleared out and I can't find how to set it back up. Does anyone know how?...

Wireless switch

Although the computer recognizes the availability of wireless in the area, it will not connect, indicating that the wireless switch is not on and/or there is no certificate. I have used the FnF5 to confirm wireless switch is on. When I try to connect to local wireless within the house, it never gives me opportunity to sign in with security key. Can anyone help?...

cleaning the screen

its got a lot of marks on it and i was going to us a lens pad on it...
